Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing projectwellbeing.co, booking a service, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Project Wellbeing provides physical therapy, recovery (hyperbaric, sauna, cold, red-light), bodywork, assessments (DEXA, VO2 Max, bloodwork, movement), personal training, and performance memberships. Services are cash-pay; we do not bill insurance.

3. Eligibility & medical clearance

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent for minors), and that you have disclosed any condition that may make participation unsafe. See our Medical Disclaimer.

4. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session rate or forfeit one membership credit.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

5. Memberships

Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled in writing with at least 30 days notice. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Pricing may change with 30 days notice; current members are honored at their existing rate through the current term.

6. Payments & refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Disputed charges should be raised with us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve them directly.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct endangers staff, guests, or facility integrity.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, photography, and video are owned by Project Wellbeing or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services and site content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Wellbeing's liability for any claim arising from use of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
